What is Multi-User Software?

I have a question about the computer software, what does multi-user mean? Sorry if this is stupid, I just don't know. Thank You

Multi-user means that you can install it on a network (more than one computer connected together) and more than one user can use the program but additional fees might apply. Contact the software company.

Why the accountant version of Quickbooks ? How is that different ? Thanks

You don't have to get the accountant version. The Pro or the Premier will do. But lets say your clients use Quickbooks for their business and you want to take over or edit their information. You can easily do that with the Accountant's Edition. Check out intuit's website for more information.
