How do I determine "Cost of Sales" for an alterations shop (clothing)? For the most part they use thread and a sewing machines - that's it. The employees do track the amount of time it takes to repair an item. Should I take this tracked time and multiple it by the employee's salary per hour?
Thanks! |

| COST OF GOODS SOLD IS AN INVENTORY ACCOUNT. YOU HAVE NO INVENTORY. THE BUSINESS IS A REPAIR SHOP. |
