I studied your accounting course through a friend of mine and I am interested in taking the exam. I wanted to know if I have to buy the whole course or if I can just pay to take the exam? I would like to get the PB designation behind my name. I already started my firm and am quite successful at it after only one year. I would like the designation for personal satisfaction. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First let me say, Congradulations. What you are requesting is common (especially in a company setting) so let me take a moment to discribe your options. If after enrolling to take the Professional Bookkeper program there is a need for additional materials (ie, a business wants to train a department but has no need for everyone to each get the course) you may do the following: For each additional program (DVD's, manuals, support and final exam) you can pay just $785. If there is no need for the extra DVD's as they may be checked out for studying purposes then $485 (manuals, support, final exam) If there is no need for the support or the final exam to be designated as a PB then for only $285 one may get just the manuals for the PB program. Realize that in a business setting it is common to need more than just one set of DVD's to check out in a library setting so some companies get some extra sets at the $785 price. Other companies wish their employees to have their own sets so that they can refer to them or its just a nice way to let them know that they are appreciated. I mentioned alot of this beacuse many of our graduates have their clients or their employees taking the course. For information on this please call 800-343-4827. In short, you just need to pay the $485 and then you can take the final exam and be designated as a "PB".

Thank you Roger I really appreciate the feedback. I only have to train a couple of employees to do proper bookkeeping. However it is nice to know that I can by the program for them at a lesser expense.
