| I can not get support from Peachtree themselves because they don't support products older than 2 years. Even though we've been using them for the past 15 years. Anyway, we can not print payroll checks or P.O.s for some reason. We can print expense checks no problem using Payments. When we print the payroll check, it fills the form titles but not the data (i.e. name, amount, taxes, etc.). The screen shows all the amounts filled in and everything else, but it doesn't print them out on the checks. Please help us. |

CIHAN: PEACHTREE HAS THE SAME DIRTY LITTLE SECRET AS QUICKBOOKS. THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE SOFTWARE VERSION AFTER IT IS SO OLD AND DO NOT GIVE YOU UPDATED PAYROLL TABLES AFTER SO LONG EITHER. YOU CAN EITHER PLAY THE GAME BY THEIR RULES, OR REFUSE TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT OR HAVE YOUR CLIENTS TREATED THAT WAY. I PERSONALLY DO NOT CARE IF THEY HAVE 85% OF THE MARKET. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER OF THEM. I CAN GIVE MYCLIENTS BETTER AND CHEAPER SERVICE WITH A SYSTEMS.
