internet advertisement

Is it appropriate to send letters to temp agencies who advertise on the internet (i.e. Career Builder -Accountemp and Robert Half and Associates have numerous openings). If so should you mention in the letter the benefits of outsourcing their bookkeeping services.Thanks.Keith

Keith,

Temp agencies are only willing to place you on those jobs for their clients, they will typically not create a 1099 relationship with you. If you get work with them they will hire you and you will be a w-2 employee of the temp agency. Saying that though, temp agencies are a great way to find work and get a job.
