Looking for tax software to do this years tax return. We started a freelance bookkeeping/accounting service in April. We have to file schedules ABCD and maybe E. We used turbo tax deluxe last year. My cousin who owns his own payroll service and obtained our first client for us, suggested we use the business edition of turbo tax. We have one client.
Need suggestions thanks
Keith ,

Hi

I'm also starting to run my own tax service which will probably kick off for next years tax season. I would like to find out more about the online e-filing system.

Hello Pradeep,

In Texas, you can e-file online, but you need to get the appropriate form and pre register b4 tax season. If you don't have a sales tax number, you may need to apply for you, to transmit returns depending on your state. If the client is a proprietor, you will need to file the company and individual on the same return. If the software that you have won't accomodate individual returns, you may need that software, but may have to load it on a separate computer that the one you have the business software on. Otherwise, file electronically with the IRS. gov website.
