I personally use paycycle. For just $10.00 per month they accept all liability. Depending on the state, the $10.00 per client per month includes all state filing also. I have yet found a payroll service that can beat this. I personally pay them the $10.00 per month, and charge my clients $25.00 per pay period. That gives me a $40.00 profit and they do all the work plus guarantee it.

Hi Alfredo,
If your client only has two employees use Paycycle. Quickbooks will charge you $15 per month for their basic "Do-it-yourself" payroll service. You would have to do the setup, download updates and maintain the system...Rodger Regele, MBA, MCSE

I have used paycycle and I think its great. VERY easy to use. Does all the calculations for you and even reminds you when its time to make tax deposits. It can do direct deposit and electronic tax payments for you too if you want (all included in the cost) You can also set it up so that the client does the hours entry and you just finish the payroll.

Awesome tool!
