| In the intro DVD, Allen indicates that the majotiy of the small business bookkeeping service will be end-of-month(EOM) related. With a few clients, schedulig would not be a problem. If you have large number of clients, how do you handle the EOM "crush"?? |

Ted,
What I do is I go and visit my clients once a week to pick up all the paperwork and work on that. At the end of the month I only have one week to worry about. Also they know already that I'll be bringing the financial statements within a week or two.
And you're going to have other clients where they're the ones entering all the info into the accounting sotfware. All you do at the end of the month is do a clean up and produce the finacial statements. And if your practice grows to the point where you can't handle it anymore, you may need to hire a part-time data entry person to help you out.
Good luck |
