| I have downloaded the contract letter you have available on your site, but it doesn't seem to cover confidentiality issues. Isn't this something that needs to be addressed, especially if you will be a home-based service and will have financial records outside of the client's site? |

| The contract is written as a tool to protect you. If the client wants to include a clause regarding confidentiality, by all means include it. |
