I just completed the Universal accounting course. I am in the process of forming my corporation. Will any one suggest as to the process of incorporation. I reside in Delaware. Is is good to go through My corporation.com website to incorporate my busienss? or should I do it my self-because they charge around $300 - $400 dollars for incorporation procedure. How easy or tough is it to do it myself and also do it correctlty? I need advise! Also suggest if i should set it up as a soleproprietorship or an "s" corp. - for the tax benefit reasons and as well as for protecting my personal assets. Please help! I have lot of questions like this - but would like to point the above for right now
Thankyou in advance! I appreciate your help in this regard!

Raji,

When I started I started as a soleproprietorship simply and inexpensively. I would suggest that if after you get started you find that you need to have the addittional protection of a "s" corp then you can change. Don't make the mistake I did and drag out when you start marketing and getting clients. I wish i had started faster and spent less money on having others do things that I could do. Good luck.
