| I would like to offer Incorporations for small business as a service of my company. How can I find out the steps or learn to do incorporations in my state of Georgia? |

| Contact your state department that handles incorporations. They likely have a packet that lists the steps to incoporate and even provides a sample of an Articles of Incorporation. |
