| I am planning to do write up work for clients and wish to issue quarterly financial statements for my clients. Most likely they will be prepared on an income tax basis. Is there a sample client letter that I could use to inform clients that the financial statements are for their use only and not for third party use? |

| You would be fine writing at the bottom of each pages "Unaudited, for Internal Use Only" or something like that. Or you can write a compilation opinion letter. good luck |
