Just curious how the money back guarantee works? I know it says if you aren't 100% happy with the purchase you can return it for a refund with the return of the product, but...

does that mean you are harassed about it - or is it completely no questions asked...? I've always been curious about these things when companies advertise a money back guarantee.

Thanks in advance.

As someone who has purchased just about every product offered by universal I can personally give them a 100% endorsement. It really is quite simple. Offer a product you strongly believe in, and that the client recognizes
as having value, and you will not have to worry about a lot of cancellations or returns. Although I have never cancelled an order I did have a situation on my first order that sold me completely on Universal.

I had purchased the ORIGINAL accounting program from Universal that was recorded back in I believe 1993. The master tape that universal used was so
old that one of the tapes i received was fuzzy and the audio was not that great. I called and talked to Alan and not only did he offer to replace the tape for free but I did not even have to send the old tape back. A year later
I inquired about the new program being offered (the current PB course) and
not only noticed the better quality. but I also got a discount because I had purchased the original program.

For those of you who asked whether I work for universal the answer is NO.
I am just an accountant and tax preparer who has got to know a number of people at Universal and strongly believes in their products and service.
