Hello Everyone,

I was an avid observer of this site for a long time - and I haven't been on in a while, but I'm looking for some help.

My town consists of several businesses, however, it has a large number of hair shops. I want to offer my services to those shops (since they are in abundance).

I looking to put together some type of "package" for them. The package could/will include handling their GST remittance requirements, amoungst other things. The trick being, what "other things" can I include in this 'package'? And, how do I go about setting a price?

Any advice on special services I can offer to these hairdressers would be appreciated.

I know that several shops consist of "renters" (hairdressers that simply rent the chair/space) and others consist of employees (paid hourly by the salon). This might affect what services to offer.

Anyway, thanks in advance for any thoughts.

You certainly should offer them them a business assessment. This is a benchmarking tool that compares a buisiness with its competitors by size and SIC code. Universal Accounting offers these to their graduates for use with clients and it has been a great tool for those that choose to utilize it.

Is it available to non-graduates?
