I was telling a fellow accountant about UA's PB course and the many different industries it covers. He asked a question that got me thinking, so I ask of the forum: Why isn't there a sample restaurant practice set in the mix? Restaurants make up a huge portion of all the small businesses out there...
Can one be developed?
