| I'm trying to figure out wich one is the accounting principle based on what I'm able to capitalize loan acquisition cost and amortize it over the life of the related loan. Does anybody knows which one is the principle? |

Hello Italy,
The actual amount of the loan itself (borrowed amount), is the principal.
