Hi, Everyone:
I took this course a few years ago, and I'm only now beginning to plan to advertise. There were a few pages in the last part of the course that gave guidelines for quoting a fee, but I took it out of my manual and now cannot find it.
Does anyone have a copy I could get for that? I would be most grateful.
