After my networking meeting last night I had a question from one of the other members.
He asked if I knew of a software called Auto Shop. He mentioned that he thought it could be exported to Quickbooks. Has anyone heard of this software?
Thank you,

| I do know of a company in Lakeland, FL that makes software called Pro Repair http://www.prorepairsoftware.com/. Other than that, no. You can however make most software programs export data into quickbooks. May not be pretty in some cases but it's possible. I exported data just last year from a DOS based Peachtree system into QB 2004 - took a while and many little tweaks, but it's possible. |

Thank you for the response benjonusa.
In researching a little further I did find a program called "Autoshop by Winworks". It is offered through QBs. I'm pretty sure this is the one that my networking member was talking about.
I have also heard the "not so pretty" stories about exporting into QBs.
I will check out the website that you have mentioned and pass that information on.
Thanks Again. |
