What could cause the sales income account to be much lower than it should be. I am thinking items is not set up correctly.
The problem is when my client receives payment, the invoice that's being paid zeros out and shows $0.00 on the sales income report.
Does anyone have any troubleshooting ideas and where to look? |

| The first I would check is the items. I have a client that had quite a few sales items set to post to expense accounts. That is the first place I would look. |
