what software to use for a Trust client

I have a friend that asked me to do the books for her dad (living in a Care Center), and all his records are under a TRUST. What software would you recomend? There are no fixed assets, only cash assests: CDs, Bonds, etc.

QuickBooks should handle it fine. Quicken might even be OK, but I suggest QB for better control.
