| What is the best way to evaluate, by that i mean appraise a custom built sofware. The two options i have are to give the cost associated in creating the software. Hourly rate plus my fixed mark up. Or by lines of code. If any one has experiance with this or might know where i may find this information i will really appriciate it. |

| Appraisels ultimately are always based on the value someone is willing to pay, regardless of the time it took to create, or the lines of code. To determine that, instead you should compare price points of the competitor's software to see what others are paying. |
