Hi,
I have an A.A. in accounting with lots of experience and I am currently adding a Paralegal to my skills base.

I have started the Universal course, but I can't wait 6 months to a year for that first client. The state does not sell any of their lists, so I cannot go that route.

I do not have any family in the area, and just a very few friends. My big problem is fear factor of cold calling or cold lettering. Please help me!
Thanks,
Tish

Get in touch with your chamber of commerce. They have lists of all new businesses in the area. Pitch yourself as a confident, competent business owner.

Ask what questions about the business make p in the area, ask to sit in on a leads group, or be a guest at their next event.

They will probably ask you to join, I did, for me it is working. I have already generated $300.00 per month but it did cast me $326.00 per year, not a bad ratio.

Keep in mind that the place to start was family, Freinds and Neighbors, Business contacts and businesses within a mile of your home. Business Contact includes places you have worked or are a customer of. This actually eases the fear of the "cold letter" I am a coach with Universal Accounting and would like to assist. Please contact me and lets see what we can do to assist you.
