| I'm looking for software that allows me to create one invoice for multiple jobs but still produce accurate job p&l's. I currently useQB 2006 professional and have customers with several jobs going on at same time. They don't want several invoices but one monthly invoice. I have to create a 'summary' invoice, when I do that the job p&l is incorrect and I cannot post the summary invoice because ar would be overstated. Statements are incorrect also because they show the individual invoices, not the summary invoice, and if I send statements the customers are confused. I have to be extra careful or this can create real problems. I'm looking for a solution. Suggestions? |

| Although QB has created a software that works in most situations, they haven't gotten every customers needs fixed yet. Sorry I don't have any more suggestions at this time. |
