Hi all,
I have a client who is needs to be able to put small thumbnail pics of inventory items onto quotes and maybe invoices. I've researched having QB do it, but cannot find anything.
Do any of you know if QB can do this with an add on?
Also, is there another program that can? Is there a stand-alone A/R program? Or another fully-featured program?

Found this post while looking through old posts and it got me thinking.
First, depending on the number of invoices your client has, the color toner would be expensive. Even black toner would require A LOT. It might be more cost effective to have a printer make up blank sheets with a small picture and use those exclusively for invoices, credit memos, etc.
An alternative is to prepare your own blank sheets in a word-processing program, then feed them through when printing invoices.
Beats having to purchase a new program if this is all you want to do.
Of course, by now you've probably found a better solution, but thought I'd throw this out there as an option. |
