I just finished UAC's bookkeeping course & am now a PB! Before I'm ready to market myself, I believe I need to know Quickbooks as well. I'm entirely new to bookkeeping/accounting (other than doing my own finances & taxes).
I'm looking for information on the difference, benefits or downsides to purchasing UAC's training course vs. the courses available from Intuit direct. What is the best way to learn this?
Anyone have any thoughts? |

Just to help you with some things to consider you can look at becoming both a QuickBooks Advisor as well as a QuickBooks Specialist
Just some places to start.
Best Wishes

Roger,
Do you think that the Specialist has the same depth of education as an Advisor?
I don't know. Just asking. Thanks. |

| Quick Books is a very easy program to learn. I ordered a 90 day trial of quickbooks 2006, and taught myself in those 90 days by entrering dummy info and transactions. So you may want to just order the trail software and teach yourself. |
