MY QUESTION IS, OF THE 5 COPIES FROM W-2 AND 1099'S ONE OF THE COPIES SAID "TO THE CITY OR STATE" DO I HAVE TO SEND ONE TO THE STATE? OR DEPENDING ON THE STATE? I AM IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA.

David,
If your state has a state income tax (which I think OK does), yes, you will need to send the state their copy of the W-2 and 1099. I'm sure there will be a total form similar to the W-3 and 1096 to go with it, but I don't know what they would be. |
