Just starting my bookkeeping and tax business. If I buy the QB Premier 2008 edition will I be able to collect QB files of the client that are prepared in previous QB editions of Pro or other previous editions and bring them back to my office and upload them to my preimier edition to work on them and then copy and bring the file back to the client and load it into his system which has an earlier version of QB?

Can the Premier edition be used to do the same stuff the Accountants edition can do or is there some special properties of the Accountant edition that would be helpful or useful?

Jerry525 new to qb premier this year is a feature that will allow you to work with clients that use both 2008 and 2007 quickbooks. as far as your second question, the accountants edition is the premier edition so I am not sure what exactly you are asking.
