The sales people in our company get a commission of what they sold weekly. Is commission calculated on a full amount of the sales or on the amount after discounts that customer gets? Let's say the cost of the software is $100; if a customer buys 10 of them he gets a 10% off. What amount do I use to calculate a commission??? $1000 or $900?

Please help.
Thank you

That is a matter of company policy or employment contract.

I agree with Mike. That is determined by the company.
