|
|
| I am debating whether or not to start out with Quickbooks Pro or just jump straight to the Premier Accountant Edition. I am just starting my business and need to know if the Accountant Edition is absolutely necessary. How many clients can be set up on Quickbooks Pro. Is it necessary to have the Premier Accountant Edition if your current clients don't even have accounting software? |

| Tracie: Save yourself some money. Choose the quickbooks pro.For your situation, premier would be overkill. |

Tracie,
I currently work for a company and we have the latest version of QB Pro. We have used QB for 7 or 8 years with over forty different companies set up with no problems! I am not familiar with the Premier Acct Edition, so no comment.

Hi Tracie,
Stay with the Quickbooks Pro. You would only need the "Premier Accountant Edition" if you were importing Quickbooks client data. The basic upgrade that "Premier" gets you is remote access (RAS) capability....Rodger Regele, MBA, MCSE |
