Hey, I need a little help from you guys, I just want to know what is WOTC? How it helps and what is their importance for an employer? How can I take its benefits? If you guys have any information regarding this, please share it with me.
Thanks a lot!!

Thanks a lot!! In a nutshell it is a tax credit for hiring certain targeted individuals in a disadvantaged group(ex: ex cons). You can get more info on the IRS website and by contacting your state workforce ctr which is part of your local state unemployment office.
