I went to the Universal Practice Builder (UPB) in Utah in May 2008, and there we were offered something called a client generator (CG). My initial impression was that it was very pricy. I could not afford such a thing, and what would I do if it did not work!

Good fortune came my way and I landed a couple of new clients using the closing techniques I learned at the UPB. I was still in a cashflow crunch, but if these few techniques worked this well, and helped me advace then maybe I could use the extra help of the CG. So I signed up around May 20th.

We scheduled my class for June 12 2008, I figure that it would be impossible for it to be a success in such a short time, but now I was committed. The coaching calls with Scott M and David S were outstanding. From working the timeline, to helping me with my sales pitch and closing ability. I managed to get 3 press releases out, and send out over 130 flyers, 61 letters, and get my face in front of 70 chamber partners, and a BNI group. I found a teacher, landed a hotel banquet room , found a co-sponsor to help pay for the lunch, and had a catered lunch provided.

All the while my Utah team members were working to make my seminar a succes. We had 28 business seated for the event. There were 10 businesses that requested a follow up meeting with me, 3 have already signed, 2 were a definite no, and the others we are still working with. Additionally, I am receiving calls about when the next seminar will be held. I have 52 business that could not make the June 12th date, and I am contacting them to set up appointments.

My income has already increased almost $1000.00 per month, and I have already received over $3000.00 in back work fees. I am in negotiations with someone who has 7 businesses that would like me to take his accounts. If that goes well he alone will bring me $40,000.00 annually.

I am just a business owner who took a chance on this program. I have found greater confidence in my self. I was confident in my accounting, but could not communicate that confidence to my potetial client before the UPB. The Client generator has help establish me as an expert in my area within the accountin arena. THer are now businesses that I was trying to land in the past and could not, that are now calling me to set appointments. This is just 14 days since my seminar!

For me this ws a great investment, but I am not alone!!!!
I have kept in touch with my UPB class mates, and followed their success as well. Now I will not steal any of their thunder, but I will tell you that we have had 2 other class mates so far that have had ther class, including 1 earlier today. In the class today, there was not an empty seat. That was 30 people in seats for the seminar. Last week my classmate had 7 appointments immediately following his event. THere are still more to come, but each one is the same. We took a chance, worked hard, and it paid off!
