| I currently keep books for a few friends that own small businesses, i dont charge them very much, because its been side work (i've worked for a custom home building company for the past 3 yrs, and was recently laid off) I would love to start working from home, maybe put an add in the local paper to see what happens, but i dont know what to charge. i dont want to charge by the hour. i live in North Carolina, in brunswick county... not sure if that matters. any idea what i should charge small businesses to keep their books a couple hours a week? |

Get the DVD that David is talking about. It is free, and it will change the way you think about charging.
