To be honest, I never intended to respond to your first post. My head was spinning after reading it. I had a better understanding of the issue after reading some of the other responses.

I also don't have any patience for unreliable vehicles regardless of how much I'd save. I have a friend who works in real estate and I don't know how you guys put up with all the hours and some of those clients. In any case, glad to be of help.
