My bank is listed on QB as a bank participating in downloading of data and on teh bank website it give the option to download data and ask if you are using MSM or QB. I click on QB and then download and absolutly NOTHING happens. I contacted the bank and no one there has any clue about it and doesn't know anyone that uses the feature (very small town)
Any suggestion, even to exactly what to ask teh bank would be greatly appreciated.

| When you say nothing happens, could you give me a few more details? Are you prompted to open or save a file or does the link on your bank's website not function at all when clicked? |
