Hi All!

I just formed a corporation for my EBay business, and I'm struggling with my current accountant, who is not technology literate, does not understand EBay, PayPal, or Quickbooks, and although a good guy is just behind the times and not on top of current accounting questions, especially in terms of issues like use tax, mail order, etc.

Does anyone know a reasonably priced accountant in Chicago who could help me out? As mentioned I'm in the beginning stages, so I'd prefer someone I can meet with (I would pay of course) for an hour a month until I know what I'm doing.

I found an accounting group in California run by Diane Kennedy (a fairly famous accountant who writes EBay tax books) that is definitely on the ball about these things, but they charge $1K and then $150+ a month, and it's on an e-mail basis. I'm open to something like this, but I'm hesitant because it's not local and in person.
