| Hi everybody, I am looking to purchase a property and need to check out the legal liabilities involved in that. I don’t know what exactly are the legal issues that I am going to face … but need someone to take care of that … Need your suggestions on this!!! |

I would strongly suggest that you seek the advice of an attorney. If you're planning to rent the property out, find an attorney who deals frequently with rentals from both sides - landlord and renter. Don't make the mistake of shelling out some serious money before getting some serious advice (not the kind you'd get from an online forum).

Very very true. Realters, Attorneys, etc. All people that can anwer all questions you have. |
