Hi everybody, I am looking to purchase a property and need to check out the legal liabilities involved in that. I don’t know what exactly are the legal issues that I am going to face … but need someone to take care of that … Need your suggestions on this!!!

I would strongly suggest that you seek the advice of an attorney. If you're planning to rent the property out, find an attorney who deals frequently with rentals from both sides - landlord and renter. Don't make the mistake of shelling out some serious money before getting some serious advice (not the kind you'd get from an online forum).
