| Hi! I am working as a manager in a multi national company. My work is always up to the mark but since last few days I am facing lots and lots of problem as some of my assistants are not giving their work report correctly, they are giving me the fake work report. I want to ask you people that is there any help for me to manage the work flow of my organization? |

Didn't you just ask this same question a few days ago?
"Hello everyone, I am working as a project manager in a private firm and I want the complete record of the work flow of my project. I was on leave for past 10 days and none of my people gave any records of any work. How can I check the work flow of the system of those 10 days?"
It is very similar wording. Someone responded to your question. |

Fire the lot of 'em :x and outsource the work to India. :twisted:
