| As our Canadian accounting office is close to the US border a number of our clients have recreational property in the States. Is there a CPA that could advise us on how the IRS treats the sales of these properties? Do our clients need to file a US tax return? Any advice would be great or a link to the proper section on the IRS website. Thanks in advance! |
