I doing bookkeeping for a flower, I need some advice on how to setup there books.

It's not much different from any other retail organization, although due to the short shelf-life of the flowers, it probably wouldn't do any good to set them up as Inventory -- take the cost directly to Cost of Goods Sold to keep the accounting simple. Other inventory items like cards and vases could go to inventory. If you're a student, review Module 3, Session 2.
