It's really not polite to spam.
Plus, I do alot of business on a particular freelance website and the overseas companies pose alot of problems. They undercut the U.S. value of jobs alot, not to mention the quality isn't always that great.
The job an accountant would charge $300 for, the Indians come back with a quote of $50. What in the world? |

I would say not as we still need to be able to keep working and if everything got outsourced somewhere else what would everyone else do?
Its bad enough having call centres abroad etc.... |
