Does anyone know what the best/most respected Bookkeeping Certification is in Canada. There are about 3 big ones as far as I can tell.

The Canadian Institute of Bookkeepers issues a Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation when you complete their prerequisites. But other than that I am not aware of any other program. The three major designations that you are probably referring to are CA (Certified Accountants) CGA (Certified General Accountants) and CMA (Certified Managerial Accountants) These are not bookkeeping designations but major accounting designations like the CPA is in the USA. To be a bookkeeper you do not need a designation but education and experience are essential.
