| We're having a problem at work determing how to figure sales discounts. For example if we a have a sale of $3000- "2/10, n/30. After taxes the sale is $3210. So the debate we're having is determing if it's 2% of $3000 or $3210 and if it's for the subtotal should we exclude the taxes for the amount discounted. |

| jUST REMEMBER IF THE TAX IS 210.00 THAT IS WHAT THE STATE IS GOING TO EXPECT REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOUR CLIENT PAYS. TAXES ARE NEVER DISCOUNTED |
