Hi, everyone, I am doing payroll for a very small business. We want to have professional looking check stubs for the employees, so are looking at using computer checks. However, I am not sure that the cost is justified. Can anyone suggest other alternatives?

Thank you!

Probably not, if it's a small business with few employees. Instead, I would make sure your regular checks look professional -- it's just as important that you present a professional image for your vendors, then just use them. The stub will give your employees all the information they need, if you are printing them from a payroll software, without the extra cost.
