We used to run Quickbooks Premier 2002 on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server clients without a problem. We've upgraded to QB 2003 Pro and now we could not run the program at all. KB ID#: 124603 mentioned about QuickBooks Basic, Pro, and Premier editions are not supported in a Windows Terminal Server environment at all. But how come we were able to run it before?!? My manager would not like to go back to 2002 but will not shell out $3,500 for the Enterprise Solution. Any work-around? Thanks.
BTW, will Peachtree run on a Terminal Server Environment?

| QuickBooks made several changes to the 2003 program. You are able to run up to 5 users in QB as long as each user has their own lisence. Each terminal would have it's own copy of QB installed and the main company file will reside on the server. If you have more than 5 users that need to be online at the same time, you will need to take the jump to Enterprise Solutions. |

Ken's comments are accurate with regards to 5 concurrent users. I have not as of yet tested remote connectivity with Windows Terminal Server. If it's a matter of one user connecting remotely, you can use PCAnywhere very successfully.
