| We use a designated credit card for business purposes only. The account was established for our rental property business only. Now that we have formed an LLC, is it necessary to get a new "business" account if personal purchases are not made on it? |

| I am confused. You say you have a business and you also say you have a rental property. How are you reporting??? Sch c or sch E? |

| Schedule E (3 properties in 2003). We now have 7 properties and will also file 1065 return in 2004 for our LLC. |
