the accountant was able to advise and counsel the client on items that would

tasks have been broken off such that now there are accountants for the daily
and monthly reports, tax consultants for the tax portion of accounting and
even payroll firms to do the payroll and monthly and quarterly filings. Each
of these different entities cost the businessman more money by having separate
businesses do each.

workload. With the various tax preparation software out there, you can do the
payroll tax filings, sales and use tax filings, property tax filings, and the

QuickBooks to do your accounting work, the numbers can automatically transfer
over to the various tax programs on the market today. If your client has a
payroll service, the payroll filings will be done by them, thus reducing the
number of filing reports you will have to do.
Offering the additional services to your clients will take you from around
$300 per month per client to around $400 per month with just a few additional
reports added to your workload. By averaging out the additional costs over
a year, the additional reports run on quarterly and yearly basis, will be seen
as cost savings to the client. You add a full 33% to the amount you collect from
each and every client and all it takes is a couple extra hours per month. And
because these are clients you already have, they will take no additional marketing
